Refund policy
At ISAR, all orders are placed through direct consultation - either by phone or in person. Each order is carefully discussed and confirmed with the buyer prior to production or dispatch.
Because of this personalized and wholesale nature of our business:
• Returns and refunds are not applicable once an order has been confirmed.
• We encourage buyers to review their requirements carefully during consultation, including product details, customizations, quantities, and timelines.
• In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or shipping-related damage, buyers must notify us within 5 business days of receipt with supporting photo evidence. Each case will be reviewed individually, and suitable solutions will be provided wherever possible.
