Product Information:

All ISAR products are handcrafted using natural materials. Slight variations in weave, color, or print are inherent characteristics of handmade textiles and are not considered defects.

Order Requirements:

Minimum order quantities apply to all wholesale purchases. Orders must meet the minimum value or unit count stated on product or catalog pages.

Custom Orders:

For dyeing, print customization, or weaving alterations, a lead time will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Custom orders are final and non-refundable.

Pricing & Payment:

All prices are listed in INR, EUR, or USD, based on buyer location. Final pricing is confirmed after order approval. Full or partial payment may be required upfront for production to begin.

Intellectual Property:

All designs, content, images, and branding on this site are the exclusive property of ISAR and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for indirect losses, delays due to customs, natural causes, or misuse of our products after delivery.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable international trade laws where relevant.
